This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Review work package content (modified in an update).

1. Select the Review work package item in your To Do List , and then select Review work package from the Actions menu.

2. Select:

   • > Edit to add any comments.

   • Potential Impacts or Potential Conflicts to view the scope of the work package, see Analyze the impact of the work package.

   • View Work Package Scope 2D to show the tags related to the work package in a 2D drawing.

   • View Work Package Scope 3D to show the tags related to the work package in a 3D model.

3. Either Approve or Reject the work package.

If the Allow workflow step to auto delete markup(s) option is enabled in the System Options, the markups related to the work package are automatically deleted when the work package is approved. For more information, see Select to automatically delete markups.
