PDF files not supported for split-screen mode - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Help

Problem

The following message displays after selecting to view a PDF file format using split-screen mode.

PDF files not supported for split-screen mode.

Cause

Only file formats supported in the Graphic View Control (GVC) can be viewed during split-screen mode. PDF file formats are not supported in the GVC.

Solution

1. In the Search Bar, type any defining criteria for the PDF file, and click Search .

2. Open the PDF file using View and Markup.
