You must have the MoC Owner role to correct the failures.

Select the Correct Failure step in your To Do List, and then select Correct Failure on the Actions menu.

Select Manage Related Information in the Correct Failures page to relate documents, tags, and other objects as required.

Select Complete if the failure is corrected, or Reject to close the change request. The change request then progresses to the next step.
