Problem
The viewer does not respond to touch gestures.
Cause
Touch events are disabled on your device.
Solution
If you are using Google Chrome on a Windows 10 device, you must enable touch events.

Open Chrome browser and type in Chrome://flags in the URL text box.

When the Chrome flags section opens, set Enable touch events to Enabled.
On the latest versions of Chrome versions (70 .0.3538.77 and later), the event name
has been changed to Touch Events API.
