When a document revision has attached files, the number of files is displayed under the version number as an attachment. When you select the version number, the attached files are displayed as thumbnails in a grid view under the train line display.
For example, the following document revision 01-0000-ENG-000A has four attached file for revision 03A version 1 as shown by

Click on a thumbnail and the attachment file opens in View and Markup.
The following options can be accessed from the document thumbnails:
