Internal actions are initiated by a user to other users of disciplines or departments within an organization to perform an action, such as update or validate engineering documents.

Create the internal action from the project communication feature set. |

This step appears in the To Do List of the user that created the action.

The selected responders receive the request in their To Do List.

The author reviews the response. If all is OK, they close the action. If more information is required, the action is automatically revised , then the author is asked to prepare and re-issue the action.
