The details of an action associated with an action pin are available in the changemark associated with the action pin. For that changemark to appear after you create an action pin, you must first save and close the markup layer containing the action pin.

Click Markup
, and select Save Markup.

Click Markup again, and select Close Edit.

Click Markup once more, and select Open for Edit or Open for Review.
The action pin details are now available.
