You can add different annotations, such as callouts, stamps, symbols, or uploaded
images, to a markup layer using the annotations toolbar.

Select a markup layer from the Markup Layers Manager panel. Edit Mode displays in the row.
To exit edit mode, click Edit Mode in the row.

Select an annotation type from the toolbar:
What are the different annotation types?
You can quickly and easily add annotations by selecting the annotation type from the
annotation toolbar on the View and Markup page.

How do I add a stamp to a markup layer?

Select the required type of annotation from the Stamp Annotations toolbar. Select:

Some stamps prompt you to type some text that will be included in the stamp. For example,
you may be requested to enter your name if a stamp requires a signature.

Do not use the percent sign (%) in the stamp text.

You can view which annotations were added to a specific markup layer by clicking Expand annotations in Markup Layers Manager panel.

You can locate annotations in a markup layer by clicking Locate annotation in the annotation layer.
