Steps can be set up so that one user can respond for all recipients or respond for all recipients that share the same role. If the step is set up in either way, you must claim the step before you can complete the action it requires.

In the To Do List, select a step, and select Actions
> Claim.

Type any details in the Claim box.

Comments are saved with the object and shared with the recipient of the next step.

Messages to the next step are saved with this step and shared with the recipients of the next step.
