After a search or query, the object data returned is displayed in an organized results
table. The object properties appear under headings in each column in a set order,
and the values for these properties appear in the table rows.
With the correct permissions, you can create, duplicate, and delete objects in the
table rows, and edit their property values using List Edit.
How do I configure an object for List Edit?
The ability to use List Edit must be configured by the system administrator for each specific object and data
type so you can edit the objects and their properties.
List Edit is disabled by default. For more information about configuring objects for List Edit, see Configure objects for use in List Edit.
What controls the column order?
The columns you see and their order in which they appear are determined by the object's
column set. Each type of object can have its own configured column set based on their
classification that determines which properties display in the results table and the
order in which they appear.
For more information about configuring column sets, see Configure column sets.
