Visual intelligence reports allow you to group and assign colors to graphical objects based on certain property values stored on the object itself or on related objects. This is a very flexible and visual way to analyze large amounts of data within a single view.

Some reports are delivered with the software. To create or extend reports, you must configure them in the Desktop Client. For more information, see Configure visual intelligence reports.

The visual intelligence report functionality is available only for data loaded using Data Capture with HxGN SDx and requires both tags and representation object relationships for the model or drawing.

Open a supported file type using View and Markup.

Select the Open panel arrow to open the Visual Intelligence panel.

Select a report name under the Reports collapsible menu to run that report.

Select a group name to view tags in that group.

Select one or more tag numbers to access Fit selected items
.

To close all reports and reset the display, expand the Search collapsible menu, and Select Reset to default on the
menu.
To share your search results:

Open a supported file type using View and Markup.

Run a visual intelligence report.

Select
> Generate Share URL.

Select Close on the Share URL dialog box.
The URL to launch a view of your report is automatically copied to your clipboard. You can send this URL to another user.

The following report is only available for 2D Project As-Built databases:

This report is only available when viewing Smart Interop Objects (SIOs) in 2D drawings.

This report is available when the create configuration scope is set to a project.
