A contractual compliance review can be configured to review any changes to contractual deliverables and actions that extend outside of the company. This ensures that all communications and requests that are submitted to the contractor are within the scope of the contract terms and can be issued to the supplier or contractor for implementation.

The consolidator creates a communication with a concise set of actions that can be sent to the contractor, and the contractual compliance reviewer checks the communication contents, technical queries, and actions for compliance with the contract. The contractual compliance reviewer receives the communication in their To Do List and reviews each of the related changes, markups and actions. The contractual compliance reviewer can reject any of the communication contents, technical queries, or actions and may make additional actions and markups identifying any changes.

Any rejected communications, technical queries, or actions are returned to the consolidator using a dedicated rejection workflow. The consolidator can alter or request alterations to any rejected communications, technical queries or actions before reconsolidating the actions and markups.
