You can use Load Data Capture Documents in the Data Capture feature set to load the CSV file and attach supporting files to the documents specified in the CSV file. The workflow template then creates Data Capture documents for any files attached to the loaded documents based on the mappings in the CSV file and extracts the master and alias tags from them.
