Click Home Tab > Define Workspace (CTRL + W)
to display the Define Workspace Dialog. If you are not in the model, define a workspace by creating a new session file.
See Create a new session file.

Select the model from the Choose a Model list.

Select the filter. Type in the Choose a Filter box to search for filters that contain the text you type.

Click OK.
Smart 3Dx starts the design session using the template and filter you selected. The progress bar displays at the top of the graphic view. Objects are added to the graphic view as they load. Click Stop to stop the loading process.
