The To Do List 
view displays objects in the workspace that have inconsistent data. This dialog lets
you edit these objects from a single location. To correct errors, select objects from
the list and modify them.
Smart 3Dx displays a warning message on the Notifications Pane letting you know how many To Do List records were generated any time these records are created. You can click the Details link in the message for additional information.
Search
Specifies part of the message to find. Smart 3Dx searches the messages for any that contain the characters that you type. For example, type length to find any messages containing that word.
Fit
Fits the objects associated with the selected records in the active graphic view.
Filter
Shows only those To Do List entries that are related to the objects in the select set. When the To Do List contains a large number of records, this option can be useful for filtering the list. If there are no objects in the select set when you click this option, the To Do List appears empty.
Update
Updates the selected out-of-date objects. This option is not available if:

The object has a non-working approval status. Set the working status on the object's Properties.

The object belongs to another global workshare site.

The Active Permission Group does not have sufficient permissions to edit the object.
Choose Columns
Displays a list of the data columns you can display on the To Do List. Use the check boxes to include or exclude columns from the To Do List. To display the column, click its check box. Clear the check box to exclude the column.
Selected
Indicates which To Do List entries are selected.
Help
Displays the Help topic associated with the message.
Ignored
Displays the review status of the entry. By default, this option is not selected.
Information
Displays an expanded description of the problem. Point to the text in this field to display the informational note as a ToolTip. The software automatically creates the note and its contents.
Object Name
Specifies the name of an object if assigned (for example, Pump No. 42). For an entry in a nested constraint system, this field displays Constraint Set. For objects that are not named, this field displays the object type.
State
Specifies if the objects on the list are in an Out of date, Warning, or Error state.
Item Modified By
Specifies the user name of the person who changed the object that caused the software to create the To Do List record.
Item Date Modified
Specifies the date and local time when the To Do List record was modified, which resulted in a failure to recompute. You can sort on this column to display the newest records at the top of the list.
Item Created By
Specifies the name of the person who created the object.
Item Date Created
Specifies the creation date of the object.
Discipline
Specifies the discipline of the object with the To Do List entry.
Object Type
Specifies the type of object (such as a pipe run or equipment) that is associated with the record.
