Mark Out of Date Occurrences displays out-of-date occurrences that are not yet marked for update. Select Find more out-of-date objects in the Synchronize Workspace with Catalog Dialog to view all out-of-date catalog items (site proxies and external sites) and symbol definitions.
Select one or more items from the list and click Mark Occurrences to mark the corresponding occurrences as out-of-date.
When you close this window, the Synchronize Workspace with Catalog updates and includes the objects from the Mark Out of Date Occurrences list.
Search
Specifies part of the message to find. Smart 3Dx searches the messages for any that contain the characters that you type. For example, type length to find any messages containing that word.
Item Name
Specifies the name of the object.
Item Type
Specifies the type of out-of-date occurrence. A Catalog Item is an out-of-date item caused by a change to the catalog part. Otherwise, the item type is Symbol Definition.
Number of Occurrences
Displays the number of times an out-of-date item occurs in the model.
Status
Indicates whether an item update was successful.
