Select Structural Tab > Wall Command
to activate the Place Wall Controls.

Define the sketching plane. The sketching plane defines the bottom elevation of the wall.
The software makes the selected plane normal to the view and activates the Sketching Controls.

Draw the path for the wall.

Select Accept
.

Select Navigate Back
on the Sketching Controls.

Define the parent system, type, composition, and other properties.

Complete the placement:

Select Finish
or press CTRL + ENTER to save your changes and exit the command.

Select Finish and Modify
or press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER to save your changes, and then start the modification
of that object.

Select Finish and Repeat
or press SHIFT + ENTER to save your changes, and then restart the command using the
same options.
