View Tab >
SHIFT + E
Opens the Center View by Object dialog, which enables you to center an object in the current graphic view. If you are working with multiple graphic views, you need to select a specific non-active view in which to center the object. This is useful during modeling operations such as routing. To interrupt the routing command and open the Center View by Object dialog, select View Tab > Center View by Object. Alternatively, type Center View by Object in the Command Search box. You can also select an object and press SHIFT + E to open the Center View by Object dialog.
If no object is selected when you start the command, the software prompts you to select one. If only one graphic view is open, the software prompts you to select an object even if you selected an object before starting the command.
Select Object
Enables you to select an object in any active view.
Select View
Centers the selected view about the object you selected. This command is only available when you use multiple graphic views. You can only select a non-active view, which then becomes the active view.

-
To center multiple non-active views based on the selected object, click Select Object , and then select the object again. Select a different non-active view to center it based on that object.
-

-
The View Cube and the View Manipulation Toolbar always display in the active view.
