Click Work Packages on the project home page.

Select an IWP from the Work Packages browser.

Click Components on the open IWP to view components.

Click Expand
or double-click a component name to view associated work steps. You can also double-click
a component name to expand.

Click on the work step you want to sequence.

Click Up
to move the work step to a higher position in the order of work steps.

Click Down
to move the work step to a lower position in the order of work steps.

Continue clicking Up
and Down and until all work steps are in the required sequence.
