You can create initial animation data from a display set to use in the SmartPlant Review Sequencer. The initial animation data allows the display set to be viewed and manipulated in the Sequencer; the generated data does not move any components within the model. Smart Construction creates animation data with a default of 12 hours duration, and the display set starts with the planned start date of the IWP from which it was created. If the work IWP does not have a planned start date, the current date is assigned in the SmartPlant Review Sequencer.
For information on how to use the SmartPlant Review Sequencer, see Using the Animation Sequencer.
-
Smart Construction does not modify any existing animation data already found related to the display set.
-
Smart Construction creates animation data for engineered components, including spools. Manually created components do not appear in the SmartPlant Review Sequencer.
-
Any issues are recorded in the SmartPlant Review synchronization issues dialog box. For more information, see Resolve SmartPlant Review synchronization issues.

If an IWP display set folder is deleted and the user selects to create animation data, Smart Construction prompts the user to re-create the display set.
