To enable the ability to add constraints to an IWP, you need to add the Constraints toolbar item to the Work Packages browser window, which first requires adding an access groups to the toolbar item in the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.

Log on to the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client as a user with permissions to manage IWP Toolbar items and assign access groups.

Select Smart Construction > Find > Administration > IWP Toolbar Items.

Select Constraints and add the SPC_WPView access group to this toolbar item.

After adding this access group to the toolbar item, you can use the Constraints tab of the Work Package browser to add constraints to an IWP.
