Run a materials reservation for an IWP - Intergraph Smart Construction - 2019 (7.0) - Help - Hexagon PPM

1. Click Work Packages on the project home page.

2. Select an IWP from the Work Packages browser.

3. Click Materials.

4. Click the Reservation tab.

5. Click Reserve.

• Drawings must be added to an IWP in order to reserve materials.

• You can reserve specific components based on the IWP purpose. Administrators must configure which work steps consume materials in the rules of progress. For more information, see Specify which work steps consume materials.

• A warning displays when the materials forecast indicates that the BOM Qty is more than the quantity of materials Reserved.

• A warning displays when the reservation data is out of sync with its associated drawing. Run the reservation again to clear the warning.
