If you don't see any documents or data available for retrieve in the Retrieve data dialog box, you might need to analyze your documents for retrieve.
If you have installed Smart Construction on a site where documents have previously been retrieved in SmartPlant Foundation, you must run the Analyze existing documents option in the SmartPlant Desktop Client.

Log on to SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client as an administrator.

Click Smart Construction > Find > Administration > Options.

In the Find Smart Construction Options dialog box, type SPC System Options and click OK.

In the search results, right-click SPC System Options and select Analyze existing documents.
