You can open a model, make annotations, and take a snapshot of the annotated model to include in an IWP. When you make annotations and take a snapshot in SmartPlant Review, the printed IWP includes the annotated snapshot.
Do not close the Smart Construction client.

Open a 3D model.

Click Open in SmartPlant Review
on the model Toolbox to open the Create display sets in SmartPlant Review dialog box.

On the Create display sets in SmartPlant Review dialog box, select IWP names, then click Create display sets to create display sets in SmartPlant Review.
Click 
to cancel opening SmartPlant Review.

Click Don't create display sets to open the model in SmartPlant Review without creating display sets.

Select and set options to create a project in SmartPlant Review.

Click OK.

Make annotations and personalize your views in SmartPlant Review.

Right-click the model and select Smart Construction > Take Snapshot.

On the Snapshot dialog box, type a name for the snapshot in the Name box.

Select an IWP from the Related IWP list to relate the snapshot to.

Click Save to add the new snapshot to the selected IWP. The snapshot is available in the printed IWP.

Close SmartPlant Review.

When you open a model in SmartPlant Review from Smart Construction, save the session file in order to save any annotations or personalization made to the model in SmartPlant Review.
