The OSD Defaults screen allows you to define the default text in the Default Required Action text for the corresponding OSD types.

Once the text is defined it is automatically populated in the OSD for Receiving, OSD for Release Notes, OSD for Packages, OSD for Package Items, OSD for Direct Receive and OSD for Inventory screens.
On the Home page, click Site > Warehouse Management > OSD Defaults.

Click the appropriate tab.

Enter the Default Required Action, and click Save.
You can define default required actions on project or product group level.

Repeat this for the other types.
