  1. On the Home page, click Bill of Materials > BOM Procedures/Macros.

  2. Click the Edit Procedure button for the definition of the selected BOM procedure.

    • The selected procedure and its description are displayed on top in the Procedure and Comment fields.

    • A part of the declaration and execution section and the entire exception section of the new BOM procedure are automatically generated and displayed in the Procedure Body section. This section cannot be modified.

    • Save the procedure after defining/editing the Procedure Body.

  3. Edit the central field of the Procedure Body to add missing declarations and the execution section of the procedure.

  4. Click the Compile button to compile the procedure.

    The Compilation Message section shows the compilation status and compilation error message. Only successfully compiled procedures can be run from the Maintain BOM page.
