To compare all quotes for a given inquiry, the prices in different currencies must be converted to the currency of the inquiry. Therefore, all currencies used for the quotes of this inquiry must be entered on the Exchange Rates tab with a conversion factor.

  1. Click Prepare RFQ > Exchange Rates.

  2. Click Add Row.

  3. Select a Currency.

If a conversion factor is defined for this unit on Administration > Units > Organize Units > Unit Conversions, this factor is shown in the Project Factor field.

  4. Type a Factor to define the conversion factor specific for this inquiry and the selected currency.

SHARED Tip If currencies other than the inquiry currency can be found on the quote summaries, the quote summary details, or the quote summary other costs on header or detail level, you can click the Reconcile button to insert these currencies as inquiry exchange rates. By default, the conversion factor defined in the Units screen or 1 is inserted, but can be changed.
