On the Home page, click Site > Setup > Site Locations.

Click Add Row.

Type the location name in the Location cell.

Type Short Description and Description of the location.

Select Type and Purpose from the list.

Type the location weight capacity in the Max Weight cell and the unit in the Weight Unit cell.

Enter the location size in x,y,z Dimension cells, and select the dimension unit in the Dimention Unit cell.

Optionally, select Yes in Cable Drum, to flag this location for cable drums.
The Cable Drum indicator can be used for reporting purposes; it is not used anywhere else in the
Intergraph Smart Materials.

To mark the location as a quarantine location, select Yes in Quarantine Loc.
When a material is received at site, it is booked into a virtual quarantine location.
It cannot be issued at the final warehouse and location unless it passes the inspection.
