  1. Click Prepare RFQ > Requisitions.

    Requisitions assigned to the inquiry are displayed under Engineering Requisitions.

  2. To assign additional requisitions to the inquiry, do the following:

    1. Click Add Requisition.

      • Only requisitions with the same buyer assigned as to this inquiry are available.

      • Only requisitions with the same type (Order or Subcontract) like the inquiry type are available.

    2. If you want to view requisitions that have already been assigned to inquiries completely but not yet purchased completely, select Include requisitions not yet purchased completely.

    3. Select the requisition(s) to assign and click OK.

  3. In the Engineering Requisitions section, click Attachments to view attachments of the selected requisition.

    A new dialog opens where you can view the attached documents, text & terms, VDRs (vendor data requirements), technical questions and notes.

  4. To assign additional requisition line items, do the following:

    1. Select a requisition with All Line Items set to No.

    2. In the Requisition Line Items section, click Add Line Item.

    3. Select the line item(s) to assign and click OK.

  5. Alternatively, select Yes in All Line Items and click Save.

    All remaining requisition line items will be assigned to the inquiry.

    • If project default ZP_INCINEG is set to Y, requisition line items with negative quantity are considered and copied to inquiry.

    • If project default ZP_INCIZRO is set to Y, requisition line items with zero quantity are considered and copied to inquiry.

  6. In the Requisition Line Items section, click Attachments to view attachments of the selected requisition line item.

    A new dialog opens where you can view the attached documents, VDRs (vendor data requirements), technical questions and notes.
