Change session settings - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 10.1 - Help - Hexagon

For the current session, you can change the display language, the data language, and the currency.

1. Click the Settings link in the right upper corner.

   

   The Session Settings dialog opens.

2. To change the display language, select a value from the Language list.

   This setting defines the glossary and the language used to display UI elements.

   The Language box is only displayed if at least one mapping has been defined on the Glossary-Language Mapping page.

3. To change the data language, select a language from the Data Language list. This setting defines the output language of the NLS specific short descriptions and descriptions in the reports.

   The default data language is defined by the DBA setting BI_REPORT_DATA_LANGUAGE.

4. To change the currency, select a currency from the Currency list.

   The default currency is defined by the DBA setting BI_REPORT_CURRENCY.

5. Click Apply.

   The dialog closes and the previous page appears with the new settings applied.

   If you are an administrator, you can configure which of the above session settings will be available for a particular role. Depending on the requirement, you can hide a particular setting or mark it as read only. See Configure session settings for a specific role for more information.
