If a user account has been locked following a number of failed log on attempts, the user can either wait for the required period of time or request that their account is unlocked. To unlock a user account:

  1. In the Business Administration feature set, select User Management.

  2. In the User tab, find the temporarily locked user, and select OpenMenu > UNLOCK USER.

  • If you have created a user's entry point from the SPFLoginUsers class definition, you can also find the temporarily locked user, and select Actions > Unlock User.

  • You cannot unlock multiple selected users at the same time.
