Reports give you a fast way to view your data and are available from the Reports feature set. When you select a report, the report either opens the data in a grid view, opens the data directly in Microsoft Excel (Open XML), or exports the data as a CSV file. Some reports allow you to modify the query before it runs by entering the parameters to return a targeted set of data in the results.
Each report configured to display appears with an icon that indicates how the results are returned.
