(PAB).

If you do not enable the GVC, your environment utilizes the retired WebGL viewer.
For more information, see Configure WebGL viewer (modified in an update).
To enable the GVC viewer, you must do the following:

Locate the Web Client settings.js file. For example:
C:\SmartPlant Foundation Server Files\WebClient_Sites\[WebClient]\settings.js

Add the gvcPreview setting under the view attribute and set it to true.

Recycle the application pools for your site.
