Problem

The Full Text Retrieval (FTR) results displayed in the Web Client do not match the results displayed in the Desktop Client.

Solution

The results of a FTR search in the Web Client are managed by additional security rules and access is controlled using API Entry Points. You must ensure that the additional security rules and access to the API Entry Points are configured correctly so that the Web Client displays the same results as the Desktop Client.
