The To do List: Overview menu is where you can select the workflow tasks that you have been assigned, can
claim, or are overdue. You can filter the task types by selecting a task type from
the list to display the available tasks in the results table.
You can also select a task type in the pie chart to display the available tasks.
What are the To Do List overview task type filters?
The To Do List: Overview menu displays tasks grouped by task type using the following filter options:

Tasks that are available to you or your role

Tasks that are overdue and require your immediate action or completion

Tasks previously claimed by you or explicitly assigned to you for action

Tasks that you are eligible to action, but which you must explicitly claim first.
These are tasks assigned to a role or group for which only a subset of people need
to take action

Overdue tasks are highlighted with the Task is overdue symbol.
You can select Configurations to reduce the number of tasks displayed to those in a specific query configuration.
