The TakeWorkflowOffHold client API restarts a workflow that was previously put on hold using a method based on the PutWorkflowOnHold client API. This client API uses no parameters.
The OffHold method uses the TakeWorkflowOffhold client API to restart a workflow at the same point at which it was paused.
