In order to manage role assignments, your role must be configured with at least one domain on its role-to-access group relationships. For more information, see Manage roles.

In the Business Administration feature set, select User Management.

In the Configuration tab, select the required plant or project.

You can also select a role in the Role tab to copy assignments between users.

To show the configuration top level, at the top of the Configuration tab, select > Show Configuration Top. You can only copy assignments for this level if it is shown.

Select Copy Mode at the top of the list of users.
A banner is displayed telling you to select a user to copy from. When a user is selected, the banner shows the selected user.

Select Source for the user from which you want to copy assignments.

In the Target column, select the users to copy the assignments to.

Use Promote Newest Items to bring new users to the top of the list.

Select the check box at the top of the Target column to select all the users on the current page.

Select Save to save your changes.
You must save your changes before selecting a new source user or moving to a different tab.
