Click Work Packages on the project home page.

Select an IWP from the Work Packages browser.

Click Components on the IWP to view components.

Click Add View to add a view.

Select one or more column heading names to show them in the view.

Right-click on any one of the existing columns headers to view the list of columns that can be added to the view.

Clear the column heading name to hide it in the view.

Right-click on the view name and select Rename View option to change the view name.
You can rename the views created by you. The view name must be unique and must begin with a letter. The view name cannot contain the following special characters: * ' ? % / \

Press ENTER or click anywhere outside the view name box to save the changes.
Press the ESC key to exit the edit mode and discard the changes.
You can use the Smart Construction OnSite mobile app to reference work steps, view drawings, and track progress for installation work packages (IWPs).

You can set user preferences to specify how components are displayed in Smart Construction. See Change my preferences for more information.

If a component has been removed from an engineering document, the component is considered a tombstone. A visual warning indicates that the component is a tombstone. You can report progress for a tombstone component and view the drawing related to the component.

If the tombstone component is removed from an IWP and it is not included in any other IWP, the component is deleted. For more information, see Deleted components and tombstones in Smart Construction.

Click View Options to navigate the components list. Click Show Components to expand components.

Right-click the second column heading, select Freeze to keep visible the first and second column while you scroll to the right through the component data. You can cancel this by clearing the Freeze option.

Click the column header name to sort the data. The sorting is applied across all the views.

You can rearrange the columns within a view by dragging the column headers to the desired position.

To search for component, select a property and type the search criteria, then click Execute Search. Search results do not display the unassigned values for the selected property. For example, if you have a property value is represented as checkboxes then you can only search for items with Boolean value as True (checked) or False (unchecked).
You can search for a specific numeric value and UoM combination when you have a column mapped to multiple UoM types. The search results will return an exact match considering the selected UoM type.

Click Delete View to delete the view across all the Installation Work Packages that display it.
