For completions filtering to work correctly, you must make sure all assets that are present in the Completions system match up to components that can be packaged in Smart Construction.

  • Asset data in the Completions system and Smart Construction are matched either by pipeline name or component name. The component or pipeline name is matched with a Completions asset name of the asset type Line, and for every other component its name will be matched to the Completions asset name. This name value match is case-sensitive.

  • When fabrication data replaces engineering data, fabrication data should be used to create assets in Completions. The correlation will be based on component names because fabrication data does not include line information.

When applying multiple progress filters, apply the lowest range values first before larger values. For example, the filter for not-started items should be applied first, then the 0-25% filter should be applied next, then 25-50%, and so on. Also, ensure the purposes are applied in workflow order (for example, installation before testing). For an explanation of the available filters, see Filter a 3D model.
