Click Circle on the toolbar to display the Draw Circle properties.

Define the center point using the Center point X and Y boxes.

Define the Circle radius .

Click Confirm .
Draw a circle with relations:
The example procedure below describes how to add a third circle as a tangential relation to two identical circles, shown below.

If necessary, click Circle to display the Draw Circle properties.

Click Tangential with line , and then select one of the circles as shown below.

Click Tangential with line again, and then select the other circle.
The software places the third circle, as shown below.

Define the radius. You can type a value in the box that displays in the work area as shown below, or type a value in the Circle radius box.

Click Confirm to place the circle with relations.
To edit a circle:

Select the circle to edit, and use any method below.

Change the properties in the State Manager.

Drag the center point to move the circle.

Drag the start or end point to resize the circle.

Drag the radius point to resize the circle.
