You can customize settings using the Save layout 
command. Typically, this command is unavailable. Contact your system administrator
for access to this command.
To add or remove toolbar buttons:

Click the right arrow
button on the toolbar, as shown below.

Click Add or Remove Buttons to display a list of toolbars,

Select the toolbar to modify.
A drop-down list displays.

Select a button to add it to the toolbar. Alternatively, clear the check mark to remove a button from the toolbar.
To resize panels and lists:
Drag the panel frame or list pane to resize the panel or list. A panel frame handle is shown below.
If the middle of a frame displays an arrow icon 
, you can expand or collapse the frame by clicking the frame.
To resize columns in Grid View:
Drag the right edge of a column header to resize the column.
To save a layout:
Click Save layout on the main list toolbar.
