Click Line on the toolbar to display the Draw Line properties in the State Manager.

Parameters

Line length

Specifies the line length.

Line angle

Specifies the line angle with respect to the X axis.

Additional parameters

Start point X, Y

Specifies the X,Y coordinates for the start point of the line.

End point X, Y

Specifies the X,Y coordinates for the end point of the line.

Delta X, Y

Specifies the horizontal and vertical length of the line.

DE

Specifies the distance of the line from another line. This property is available only when you select Parallel relation.

DA

Specifies the angle of the line with respect to another line. This property is available only when you select Angle relation.

Add relation

Contains commands for adding other geometrical elements, such as lines, circles, and rectangles. You can add up to three different relations. If existing properties contradict a relation, the software displays a message and does not add the relation. The following relations are available.

Tangential

Adds a tangential relation to the selected circular element.

Parallel

Adds a parallel relation to the selected linear element.

Perpendicular

Adds a perpendicular relation to the selected linear element.

Angle

Adjusts the angle of the line you are drawing with respect to the selected line. This command uses the value in the DA box. The Angle command is unavailable until you select a line element in the work area.

Horizontal

Constrains the line to the horizontal axis.

Vertical

Constrains the line to the vertical axis.

Existing relations

Displays the relations selected from Add relation. Click a relation button to remove the relation. The Tangential relation is selected in the example below.

Options

Continuous

Allows you to continue drawing the line from the end point of the last line.

Tool

Machining mode

Specifies how the software interprets the elements when you create cutting paths in the Nesting work area. The following modes are available:

  • Basic Cutting

  • Marking Line

  • Marking Point

  • Painting

  • Ridge

  • Info

  • Marking Text

  • Drilling

Quality class

Specifies the cutting speed to control the cutting quality.

Part layer

Specifies whether the software uses the inner profile. The following options are available:

  • Normal

  • NotMirrored

  • Mirrored
