Sketch Text estimates the font geometry using line elements, and then adds the text to the work area. Click Text > Sketch Text on the toolbar to display the Sketch Text properties in the State Manager.
You can specify coordinates in the work area to draw Sketch Text. Alternatively, you can define the text using the Sketch Text properties shown below.

Text
Enables you to type text.
Font
Contains the Select font command.
Displays the selected font.
Opens the default Windows Font dialog box, where you select the font, font style, size, effects, and color. Click OK to close the Font dialog box.
We recommend that you use a font size that is the same size or larger than the final
geometry.
Location
X, 
Y
Specifies the coordinates for the text base point.
Specifies the length of the text space as a percentage of the default font.
Specifies the height of the text space as a percentage of the default font.
Specifies the angle of the text with respect to the X axis.
Specifies the horizontal alignment of the text. Select Left, Center, or Right.
Specifies the vertical alignment of the text. Select Top, Middle, or Bottom.
Tool
Contains technologies for the active technology group.
Specifies how the software interprets the elements when you create cutting paths in the Nesting work area.
Specifies the cutting speed to control the cutting quality.
