This report is generated on the 6th day of every month. You can view the Estate Support report to see the complete list of the Service Incidents (SI) and Service Requests (SR) for an estate.

For any SI or SR, the metrics SLO Initial Response and SLO Service Restoration are marked as Passed or Failed. If the response time and the restoration time is within the acceptable time limit, then the metrics are marked Passed, otherwise marked Failed.

You can view the following parameters:

  • SI Backlog (Created)

  • SI Backlog (Opened)

  • SI Backlog (Closed)

  • SR Backlog (Created)

  • SR Backlog (Opened)

  • SR Backlog (Closed)
