Resolution
You can perform one of the following steps to resolve the issue:

Verify if the estate has database servers/sites populated.
or

Verify the VM prefix or the domain name details of the estate. In case of any missing fields, populate them.
or

In case the Backup/Restore still fails, contact the EcoSys Support team.
