This report is generated on the 6th day of every month.
The Estate Change Request Details report includes the change or addition required to a functional Smart Cloud estate. It can include installation of new hot fixes.
You can view the Estate Change Request Details report to get details about the change requests in the estate, their status, and the SLAs governing the change request processing.
The estate change request report contains the following tabs:

Change Requests Summary: Summary change requests received for a year and the number of open requests, failed requests, and so on.

Change Requests: Details of each change request including when it was submitted, completed, and so on.

KPIs: Change request processing SLA criteria, which is used to derive the KPI results.
