Error Description

Fetch User from EcoSys Error: Exception::There is an error in XML document (1, 2). Inner Exception:: was not expected.

Resolution

Use the following tips to resolve the error:

1. Check the launch URL from SaaS app configuration.

2. Check the user account. It must not be locked.

3. All admin accounts license must not be consumed.

4. Password should not contain spaces in the SaaS app config screen.

5. Main menu should be assigned in Ecosys.

6. User should not be deactivated at Ecosys end.
