Error Description
Unable to onboard users to Ecosys application due to xml configuration error.
Resolution
You can verify the following to resolve the error:

Connect to the EcoSys onboarding URL for the estate through Smart Cloud Portal and verify if we can see the user details.

In case you are unable to connect to the EcoSys onboarding URL then, contact the EcoSys Support team.
