  1. Click the estate ID or estate name on Estate Users page.

  2. Click Manage and select Change.

  3. Select one or more estate users.

    On the Estate Users tab, you can view all active, hold, lock users of an estate.

  4. On the Configuration tab, select the Request Subtype from the list.

    Lock User

    Locks the active users

    Unlock User

    Unlocks the locked users

    Release User

    Releases on-hold users

  5. On the Scopes & Projects tab, click the Requested Action and select the requested action from the Requested Action list.

    • Scopes which are common among the selected estate users are displayed in the Current Scopes column. If there are scopes that apply to only some of the selected estate users, a multiple values message is displayed in the Current Scopes column.

    • If you select the option No Change from the Requested Action list, then there would be no change for the existing users.

    • If you select the option Add from the Requested Action list, then the scope is added for the selected estate users.

    • If you select the option Remove from the Requested Action list, then the existing scope is removed for the selected estate users.

  6. On the Product Roles tab, click the request role and select the requested role from the Requested Role list.

    • Product roles which are common among the selected estate users are displayed in the Current Roles column. If there exists any uncommon scopes among the selected estate users then multiple values message is displayed in the Current Roles column.

    • If you select the option No Change from the Requested Role list for a product group, there would be no role change for the selected product group. If a role exists, it remains as it is and if there exists no role then also it remain the same.

    • For a product group, if you select the option No Access from the Requested Role list, then that product group access is denied for the selected users.

    • For a product group, if you select the option Admin (A) or Lead Designer (L) or Designer (D) or Viewer (V) from the Requested Role list, then the product group is saved with selected role.

  7. Click Submit.

  8. To place the change user requests for processing, click Submit Requests on the Estate Users page.

  • To submit requests, see Submit user requests.

  • When you change user citizenship and permanent residency details in the Estate Users page, automatically the user vetting status gets updated.

  • To edit a user request, select the user request in the action pane and click Edit in the properties pane.

  • When you edit the user personal details and submit the request, you can view the changed personal details highlighted in the properties pane.

  • To view user name and company name for any user request, select the user request in the action pane then you can view the user name and company name displayed as header in the properties pane.
