View and edit associated company permissions - Intergraph Smart Cloud - Help - Hexagon

The following are the permissions a company can be given:

• Place: A company can only place the user requests for an associated company.

• Place and Submit: A company can place as well as submit the user requests for the associated companies.

• No Access: A company cannot place, or place & submit the user requests for the associated company.

By default, the Owner Company and Designated Estate Admin Companies (DEAC) have Place and Submit permission. The Associated Company can have Place, Place & Submit, or No Access permissions.

You cannot edit the permission of Owner Company and Designated Estate User Company.

1. Click the estate ID or estate name on Estate Users page.

2. Click the Companies tab to view all the companies in the estate.

3. Click View Permissions to view permissions for associated companies.

4. To edit associated companies permissions, click Edit.

5. Select the option No Access, Place, Submit and so on from the company permission list.

6. Click Save.
